The Marriage Covenant

Yokeasy Marriage Covenant (front)

This Marriage Covenant declares that you and your spouse are now one. Three signature lines allow you, your spouse and your witness to sign making your marriage covenant official.

This document is made custom for you, printed on papyrus, and shipped directly to you.

Yokeasy Marriage Covenant (reverse side)

The backside of the Marriage Covenant includes two vital sections:

  1. It’s Life. This section declares that the life of the covenant exists only until those who created it terminate it.

  2. It’s Dissolution. This section declares that the Marriage Covenant can be terminated if one party issues a Yokeasy Writ of Divorce to the other.

Power of Attorney

Yokeasy Power of Attorney (POA)

Each spouse will issue this document to the other. You choose what part of life that your spouse can have power of attorney. Our POA includes health choices, financial, custodial, assets, etc. You make the final decision on what power is granted to your spouse.

We suggest that you update your POA on an annual basis. You can purchase the annual update package for $99 in the Yokeasy store.

Parental Rights

The Yokeasy Parental Rights document provides protection for you, your spouse, and your children in the event of a death or divorce. It is highly recommended that you establish such protections for your children.

Yokeasy Asset Authority

The Yokeasy Asset Authority document declares what party controls the marital assets, cash, income, retirement accounts, etc. Also, who owns what percentage of future and previously accumulated assets, cash, income, retirement accounts, etc.

LLC Operating Agreement

Included with your purchase of an LLC is an Yokeasy Operating Agreement. The Yokeasy Operating Agreement establishes how your LLC will be operated and who has voting rights, ownership, profit distribution rights, etc. Available exclusively to Yokeasy customers is an upgraded Operating Agreement to establish more detailed operating terms.

Trust

Trusts are recommended for the purpose of having an extra layer of asset protection. Yokeasy offers both revokable and irrevocable trusts.
